To maintain the quality of your garment we recommend folding it inside out, washing with cold water, and tumble drying on low heat.

All orders ship out within 1-3 days unless it is stated that the product is a "Pre-Order" which ship out within 2-4 months. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.
Note: Any order that contains a pre-order item will not ship until all items are in stock unless otherwise stated, which helps us minimize our carbon footprint by cutting down on additional shipments.

Our return policy is "All Sales Final," meaning that no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted unless there are exceptions. Exceptions include defective or damaged products, incorrect item delivered, and products not as described. To initiate a return or claim an exception, contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition, and all original packaging and accessories must be included. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
